AQUAMIN SOLUBLE

Aquamin Soluble is produced from a natural mineral source – calcareous marine algae (Lithothamnion sp.), which is treated with organic acids to render it soluble in aqueous systems. The seaweed is harvested from the North Atlantic seabed.

Applications

Recommended for use in beverage applications such as low pH (pH 3.0-6.0) beverages, isotonic drinks, still and carbonated beverages and powder mixes.
